I booked Funky Town® for my wedding reception on May 18 without ever hearing this band in person. Everyone was blown away by the talent, and I continue to hear compliments even months after the wedding. My dad’s only Facebook post on the day after the wedding was about how his ears would be ringing and his dancing feet would be sore for days after dancing the night away to Funkytown. We had some wedding guests who enjoyed listening to the band from their porches after they had to go home.I was afraid that the venue would be a challenge (nothing but a tin shed with a concrete floor), but the sound was amazing and I actually forgot that I had ever been worried about it. The band and management were very patient with me as I made my decisions for first dance songs. I danced for most of the night and I felt like they were playing just for me at times. I didn’t give a lot of instruction when it came to the set list, but they were playing my favorite song after favorite song. We are very happy with our decision to book Funky Town®, and I have nothing negative to say about the entire experience.
